Return & Refund Policy

We have every confidence that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you are not, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted due to customized products.
  2. For products in stock, returns and exchanges are free except for the freight charges. For in-stock product returns and exchanges not resulting from a UR SILK error, you will need to ship the item at your own expense. All orders must be returned or exchanged in original packaging for a full refund. Returned or Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
  3. To return or exchange your order, please contact and request a return or exchange label.  Our team will reply within 24 hours. Please include the following information in your email: (1) Order number ID (2) Product Codes and Description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  4. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be purchased from and returned within 30 days of purchase.
  5. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return an item due to a Soocomfort error, please get in touch with our customer support team by email at for more help.
  6. The Return or Exchange shipment carton must be at most 20kg in weight.
  7. We will notify you once we’ve received it, and a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
