Fabric decides price, hand feel and who the bandana is for. Each option below has its own specifications, printing method and pricing tier.
Luxury tier
Mulberry silk in 12, 16 and 19 momme. Reactive digital printing holds fine detail, and hand-rolled edges give the finish retail buyers expect.
Most ordered
Combed long-staple cotton with strong dye absorption. Soft, breathable and machine washable, and the lowest cost per piece at volume.
Hard wearing
Dye-sublimated polyester resists fading, stretching and shrinking. Satin adds sheen at a promotional price point.
Separate size chart
Pet bandanas are sized by neck circumference, not by square. Tie-on, slip-over-collar and snap closures are all available, with sizing from XS to XL and safety-first construction.

Printing
Every order starts from a sealed, approved sample — colour matched and checked batch by batch before it ships. Anything drifting outside tolerance gets redyed, not shipped.
Ink is applied direct to fabric from the file, with no screens to cut and nothing to register by hand.
One screen is cut per colour and the ink is pushed through by hand, the way traditional bandanas have always been made.
Cost crosses over somewhere near 500 pieces on a two or three colour design: below that digital is usually cheaper, above it the screen setup has paid for itself. Ask for the comparison in your quote and we will price both.
Construction
Finishing is where cheap merchandise gives itself away. Every UR Silk bandana gets a rolled hem that lies flat and resists fraying, with even stitching on all four edges and squared corners that do not pucker.
Silk orders can be finished with a hand-rolled edge instead, which is the standard for retail scarves and reads immediately as a higher-value product.
Quality control inspects hemming batch by batch before packing. Pieces with construction faults are pulled and remade rather than shipped.

A digital proof confirms layout, scale and placement, and revisions continue until it is right. Screens cannot represent dyed fabric, so ask for a printed sample if colour is critical.
Printing, cutting, hemming and packing begin on approval, with progress updates throughout.
Every order is checked for print accuracy and construction before it ships by air or sea.
Cotton, polyester and silk behave differently in the hand, and photographs cannot settle the choice for you. We send a swatch pack of all three at no charge — you cover shipping only.
Volume & lead time
Unit price drops as quantity rises, and the largest orders land well below half the single-piece rate. Pricing is quoted per project rather than published, because fabric, size and finishing move the number considerably.
Sampling and bulk run on separate schedules. A sample leaves in three to seven working days, but a bulk order carries fabric preparation, printing, cutting, hemming and inspection, so plan for weeks rather than days. The clock starts when you approve the sample, not when you place the order.
Rush production is available when capacity allows. Tell us your deadline in the first email and we will give you an honest answer on whether it is achievable.

We have no published wholesale tier and no account to sign up for. Pricing is worked out per project, because fabric, size, finishing and repeat frequency all move the number. Send us the quantity you expect to run in a year and we come back with the lowest price we can hold for you.

Cotton suits promotional and everyday use and gives the lowest cost per piece. Polyester and satin handle heavy wear and outdoor conditions. Silk is for retail products and brand gifting where perceived value matters. Request the free swatch pack and decide by hand feel.
Digital suits detailed artwork, gradients and short runs, because there is no screen setup and no limit on colours. Screen printing suits bold one to three colour designs at volume, where the setup cost spreads thin and the heavier ink covers dark fabric better. Send the artwork with your quantity and we will price both.
Yes. Our team checks resolution, colour mode, bleed and placement before anything goes to print, then issues a digital proof for your approval.
Our in-house design team builds artwork from your brief or refines existing files. The service carries a nominal fee, waived on orders above 300 pieces.
Samples take three to seven working days. Bulk production is separate and starts once you approve the sample: roughly twelve to eighteen working days up to five hundred pieces, fifteen to twenty-two up to two thousand, and twenty to thirty above that. Shipping time is on top. Rush production is possible when capacity allows.
A swatch pack of cotton, polyester and silk ships free and you cover shipping only. Pre-production samples printed with your own design carry a small fee that is credited against a subsequent bulk order.
PayPal and bank transfer. Orders above $5,000 require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance settled before shipping.
We ship from Hangzhou to more than 45 countries by express courier, air freight or sea freight. Your quote includes shipping cost and transit time for each option.
