Combed, long-staple cotton printed edge to edge with your artwork. Soft, breathable and machine washable, with the lowest cost per piece of any fabric we offer.
The fabric
Combed cotton removes the short, weak fibres left after spinning, giving a smoother hand and a cleaner surface for printing than standard carded cotton.
Every bandana uses 60s combed cotton at approximately 80 GSM. It's the fine yarn that makes it soft, not a finishing treatment — and it holds colour consistently, wash after wash.

One screen per colour, ink pushed through by hand. Practical up to six colours, with ink that sits heavier and covers dark cotton without washing out. Best for bold one to three colour logos at volume.
Construction
Every cotton bandana gets a rolled hem on all four edges, sewn flat with even stitching and squared corners that don't pucker after the first wash. This is what separates a bandana that stays flat for years from one that frays within a season.
Quality control checks hemming batch by batch before packing. Anything with a construction fault is pulled and remade rather than shipped.

Yes. The fabric is pre-shrunk before cutting, so finished dimensions hold after washing within a normal tolerance of a few percent.
Yes. The twelve designs are a free starting point, not the limit — cotton can be piece-dyed to a Pantone match for larger orders. Ask for the minimum quantity and lead time when you send your quote request.
Digital suits detailed artwork and short runs, since there's no screen setup and no colour limit. Screen printing suits bold one to three colour designs at volume. Send your artwork and quantity and we'll price both.
Samples take three to seven working days. Bulk production starts once you approve the sample: roughly twelve to eighteen working days up to five hundred pieces, fifteen to twenty-two up to two thousand, and twenty to thirty above that. Shipping is on top.
We ship from Hangzhou by express courier, air freight or sea freight. Your quote includes shipping cost and transit time for each option.
